Plastic extruding and film laminating unit GY-FL series includes six units for integral operation. The unit laminates extruded PE/PP with plastic cloth, non-woven cloth, paper, foil and BOOP film to improve the tensile strength, airtight and dam pproof of packing material, which has been used widely in concrete, chemical, etc, as packing bags.
The dual working position first substrate feeder adopts pneumatic auto deviation correction device and auto (half-auto) cloth splicing. The turnabout device can laminate the cylinder cloth in two sides in one process. It is equipped with deviation correction adjustable scrap cutting and scrap blowing device. Dual working position re-winder is equipped with electrically horizontal cutting. All roller clutches are controlled pneumatically. The extruder adopts stepless speed adjusting with frequency changing, auto length counter, and temperature control with PID. The unit is a high efficiency and qualitys product, which has the merits of easy operation, and uniform for film laminating, even rewinding, and high peel resistance.
